My album entitled 'It's Gonna Pass' is AVAILABLE.

Are you going through tough times, the wilderness or the winter season? Well, CHEER UP. This album CONTAINS a SOLUTION for you and will fill you with hope irrespective of what you are experiencing at the moment. If you ever thought that God has forgotten about you.... Think Again.... He is with you every step of the way; in your happy & sad moments. TRUST in His Name and BELIEVE in His ability to RESCUE YOU.

I wrote this song to encourage my lovely wife in a season we were in at that time. TESTIMONY: That season has passed. But I also thought of you ‘my fellow brothers and sisters’, and other people all over the world who are going through different seasons.

I declare to you ‘reader’ that ‘whatever’ you are going through will pass away. It doesn’t matter what it is. Just believe that it will pass, confess it and it will fade away. Don’t worry about the ‘how’ part. Leave that to your Creator.

REMEMBER: Failures in life are Christians who did not realize how successful they are when they gave up.

NOTE: WHEN GOD IS QUIET ABOUT YOUR SITUATION IT DOESN’T MEAN HE IS ABSENT. CAREFUL: Your attitude towards God and the words you speak during the period of your season determine the OUTCOME of your season. Words are like a container. They either contain ‘curses’ or ‘blessings’. Choose them well.

Your wilderness, though dry and empty, it is an opportunity to GROW your TRUST and FAITH towards God. It is preparing you for something you were born to do and something you were born to become. It is God’s School of Excellence. When your  attitude is right towards God you’ll find yourself relaxing in God’s hands even in the midst of it all.

Like my spiritual father Apostle Samuel Seipei told me, WHEN YOUR SEASON IS OVER YOU WILL KNOW, BUT YOU WILL ALSO KNOW WHY YOU HAD TO GO THROUGH IT.

Trust me, it’s worth it and you will come forth as GOLD, WISE, and better than ever before.

Until you believe that God is with you ‘ O na le nna’ and that ‘It’s Gonna Pass’, you’ll never experience that inner peace and stillness in the midst of your storm. Maybe the devil told you that you won’t make it and that your season is permanent. Take it from me, IT’S A LIE.

No Season is Permanent and EVERY SEASON IS BOUND TO PASS.
Lastly, as you listen and enjoy this album
, BELIEVE and CONFESS that ‘O na le nna and that It’s Gonna Pass’.

My Brief Biography

I was born Tshepo Kenneth Phelwane in South Africa, Mafikeng, in 1979. I am the first born of three (3) siblings and I am married to Patty and we are blessed with a boy named Lethabo  and a girl named Resegofetse. At the age of 12 I started singing in Sunday school classes, school choirs and that is when I discovered my passion for music.

I am a Recording Gospel Artist, songwriter, graphic designer, a Pastor and an aspiring producer. I own a record label called Phelwane Entertainment (www.phelwaneentertainment.com). My gospel music style is a sweet mix of soul, tradition among others, and also a mix of different languages. My taste of gospel music is a bit different from what others are doing, which allows me to establish a brand of my own.

I am mostly inspired by my zeal to ‘bring out the best in others’, which drives me to write and sing songs that helps others to become better people. My music answers tough questions and provides solutions to tough problems of life, and gives courage to the despondent.

In February 2000 I enrolled at the Mmabana Arts, Culture and Sports Foundation institution where I studied music and also learnt how to play the bass guitar. I was a fast learner and in June of the same year I could read music and was included in the Mmabana Big Band, which participated at the Standard Bank Joy of Jazz held in Grahamstown. I also wrote my first song there and performed it with other students at the ‘End of the Year Concert’ for new students.

I continued to sing in different choirs and participated in different music concerts and festivals. In 2009, one of my friends, Tshepo Vena, the owner of Conscious People Music record label, offered to record two (2) of my songs for free. I never really wanted to record but i just gave it a try. Thereafter I decided to record my first album at his studio.

Kgotso Makgalema of Spirit Music and myself were requested to audition candidates for the new choir in Mafikeng called ‘Mafikeng Spiritual Singers’, in which I featured when they performed live for the first time at Mmabatho Convention Centre. Thereafter I captured the hearts of those present performing 3 of my songs.

I co-lead the Worship Team at Christian Faith Centre in Mafikeng where I am also a Pastor.
